Because many of our products include plants, seeds, and natural herbal products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or refund if the product is confirmed to be defective.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or opened.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
